Rise Up

Rise To The Challenge


Grip the Helium 6 using a wide hand position. Hold the unit directly in front (so that your arms are parallel to the floor). Raise the Helium 6 overhead. Pause then return to the start position.


The Rise Up is an excellent shoulder mobility drill and good for postural alignment/ T spine extension.


Experiment with different hand positions on the unit (shoulder width or wide)
