X- Country Ski

Core Stabilization, Shoulder Conditioning And Aerobic Conditioning


Separate the unit in 2. Hold the Helium 6 with the load facing the floor. Begin the excercise with a slight bend at the knees. Keeping the arms straight, alternate extending and flexing at the shoulders to mimic cross country skiing.


The X- Country Ski is great for coordination, core stabilization, shoulder conditioning and aerobic conditioning.


Experiment with different hand positions on the Helium 6. Grip closer to the load, further away, or have the weight facing up. Be sure to adjust the weight according to fitness and comfort level.
