Floor Twist

Get The Core Strength And Definition You've Always Wanted


Sit on the floor and lean slightly back (approximately 60 degrees). Grip the Helium 6 with both hands facing down. Hold the unit directly in front at shoulder level. Perform slow and controlled torso twists.


The floor twist is THE abdominal exercise. The Helium 6 provides a counter balance effect by conditioning the shoulders and demanding muscular tension in the core.


Experiment with different hand positions on the unit or increase/ decrease the length of the Helium 6 itself. Try elevating your legs for an even greater challenge!
